Payment: Full amount via online booking system/invoice will be charged prior to release of photographs.

Cancellation: Client will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if appointment is cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours of the photography session.

Preparedness: Homes which are not prepared to photograph will be rescheduled or cancelled, with a $75 cancellation/rescheduling fee. Please take the time to ensure that this doesn't happen, as it is not fun for the photographer, realtor, or homeowner when shoots are canceled due to uncleanliness and disorder.
